DELICIOUS Greek food and GREAT customer service! I ordered their pumpkin soup for my husband, and gyro for myself. On my way back the smell of the yummy gyro made me pull over at Speedway gas station for a quick bite. I then got the urge to try my husband's pumpkin soup and long story short, I ended up eating 3/4 of his soup and felt bad so I left him half my sandwich. He told me sarcastically next time get a gallon of the soup. Lol give them a try, their food is the best around!!

Overall, terrible. My order was totally wrong and I was never given a ticket or receipt to review. I ordered 2 things and ended up w 3, all variations of what I ordered but completely mixed up. I was charged for all 3 things and ended up paying $30 for 2 $8 items but the woman working the counter was so angry and overwhelmed by the Saturday night rush I couldn’t confirm my order - or why it was so expensive - with her because she wouldn’t listen to me. Everything was so soaked with sauce I couldn’t taste the actual food. I am a waitress at a very busy restaurant so I understand better than most that these are crazy times and people don’t make it easier but this was a very expensive and disappointing experience.

Good food however hours are kinda crazy. Online says 930 and I have consistently called to order only to find out they are closing. They always close early and should change the hours advertised.

This place has the BEST Greek food on Long Island by far. Great service, great owners and just awesome all around. Definitely support this small business! Did I mention their milkshakes are delicious?!

We've been going to them for years. I LOVE the food, but my husband is so fed up with how they time their orders (understandably.) I called in an order way ahead of time, 40 minutes before he was going to make it there on his way home. They said no problem. He stood there for over 20 minutes while they made our food. What's the point of taking phone orders if you're not going to get things together? A pizzera doesn't put your pizza in the oven when you show up to pick it up. It's there waiting for you unless you're early. This has happened the last several times we've been there. Unfortunately I think we're done here for a while.

This was such a great meal! We haven't had in quite a while since we moved but passing through we had to have it. Everything was amazing! Cheese pie bites were well done and soggy pita sides but I'll be back. Worth every single penny!

Personal is very friendly, food was good although my friend said his burger took a long time, it's a nice little spot, visit it when is convenient

Delicious fresh cooked Greek food!! Loved it! Huge size portions & excellent fast customer service super pleasant! Happy to have found a great take out restaurant & they also have a beautiful outdoor area to sit & eat! The kids loved it too! Also a large menu, lots of great choices very reasonably priced! Excellent family take out!

I love this venue very much. theres a different ambiance. The food is superb. the service is dynamic and the team is courteous. The price is honest. very much recommend.

Charged my card double the amount of my purchase..... great food but never coming here again to let a girl working steal my $.... rather eat Turkish food at Konak In Farmingville, they don’t steal 😀

Food is delicious been going there since they first opened, however the last 3times I’ve gone my order has been messed up. I know people make mistakes, but I’d really just like to receive exactly what I ordered so I can fully praise and appreciate the food.

They are always delicious. Hands down the best tzatziki on Long Island.

Never not liked the food. A little stingy on the taziki sauce and charge .75 cents per cup which is a bit much but the food is good.

Sorry to say this will be my last order at Greek Bites. Another example of a place that starts off great and once they get popular the prices go up and the quality and service go down. Use to LOVE their spinach bites but last few times either the order was messed up (got cheese bites) or quality was not up to par. Tonight they were disgusting! Lukewarm & gooey. YUK! They looked like they weren't even cooked on the bottom. Goodbye Greek Bites, I gave you enough tries.

Came here a couple times but Its expensive for mediocre food. Management is horrible to the staff. And very unclean overall.

Been wanting to try this place for a long time & finally did last week. Ordered one item. Got it home & it wasn't how I ordered it 😕Nevertheless, i was able to fix it up & it tasted good. I'll be giving them another try.

This has been my favorite place for Greek food for years and it's still as good as the first day I went.

food is not worth the price. staff is very rude and inconsistent food. soups always tease like water, and the meat is always over or under cooked, though.

Been going to this place for years ... tonight will be my very last night as hair was found in the food and when I called to inform them of it I was given an attitude and told the fryer is 400 degrees that its impossible for hair to get in the frys ... to bring the food back and they would give me new ones . I'll pass. They can keep their nasty attitude and hairy food !⁸

First time trying this place. I couldn’t believe how awful the food was. The flavorless pork kebab meat was tough and fatty, the moussaka was terrible, the eggplant dip tasted like garlic paste and even the yogurt sauce was overpowered with garlic. It actually gave us indigestion WHILE we were eating it! Also this was a take out order during COVID 19, where shockingly the big guy answering the phone and several staff members had no masks despite the requirement instituted by Gov Cuomo. No one had gloves on either. They allowed 5 customers in a small space and one customer had no mask despite the posted sign that said no entry if mask isn’t worn. Crazy way to operate in times like this when people are dying.

Greek bites catered our Bridal shower and did a fabulous job. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you so very much for caring and kind attention to our daughters special day ♥️

A quaint family owned Greek food stop with a variety of lunch options and double the options for dinner. Would definitely recommend the pita wraps.

Overpriced mall food. It's cute but I don't eat cute.

Simple review, when I order gyro meat I expect it to be carved of the rotisserie not stored in a heated draw.

If you're looking for something to put in your mouth and chew and swallow like most of the local cuisine, you'll love this place. Basically diner food. Takeout order took a while to get ready for a burger and a salad. Definitely do NOT order online- the site they use charges a $5 service fee, I called in my order instead and it came out $10 cheaper (almost paid $36 for a salad and a burger and some hummus? uhm no).

I had a gyro and french fries excellent very tasty. The only thing I recommend is to call your order in their very busy.
